NoxCRM documentation
NoxCRM is the customer operations product from NoxOrigin: it gives every enquiry one record, one owner, one current stage, and one dated next action. This guide explains how to set up a workspace, capture and assign leads, manage pipelines and follow-ups, keep customer records, and connect the REST API.
Product status: NoxCRM is available for demonstrations while its operator web and mobile experiences continue to mature. Check the current product status page before relying on it in production.
Start here
- Getting started — create a workspace, invite your team, and make your first lead.
- Follow-up cadence — design an accountable, consent-aware follow-up rhythm.
- API reference — the canonical NoxCRM REST API contract and authentication boundary.
What NoxCRM covers
- Lead capture — manual entry, website forms, API intake, and CSV import with duplicate detection.
- Lead assignment — round-robin and manual assignment so every lead has an accountable owner.
- Pipelines and deals — custom pipelines, qualification stages, drag-and-drop movement, and lost reasons.
- Contacts and companies — records with full history, tags, custom fields, notes, and attachments.
- Tasks and follow-ups — assignable tasks, reminders, and follow-up scheduling.
- Activity and inbox — timelines, call logs, email history, team inbox, mentions, and templates.
- Workflow automation — trigger/action rules, approval steps, and manual run or replay.
- Access control — role-based access, field-level restrictions, and audit logs.
- API and webhooks — REST API with tokens, webhook endpoints, deliveries, test, and replay.
Honest boundaries
NoxCRM is a focused CRM, not a full marketing suite. Planned capabilities such as WhatsApp history, campaign lists, lead scoring, and SLA reminders are on the roadmap; do not assume them in an evaluation. Where a workflow is not yet supported, the capability inventory shows the current availability for every module.
